#68953 Since I couldn't find anything specifically about this (of course, I did after posting!), I adapted the instructions in the guide for moving enemies left and right for this purpose.

The steps are basically the same except:

1. Use a tiled sprite for the object and apply the platform behavior, just like you would for regular platforms
(I used an image that stands out from my plain platforms)

2. Instead of "Slime" call the object "movingfloor" or similar

3. Place your directional arrows for the collisions to either side, however many pixels you want them to be apart

4. Add the variables and events according to the tutorial linked above, except you can omit the flip horizontal part since it doesn't matter for this
